Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE), which is a DGCA (Ministry of Civil Aviation) recognized institute, conducts an entrance test every year - IIAE Entrance Exam. The admission seekers, who want to pursue undergraduate degree level program in the field of Aircraft Engineering of the institute, have to appear in the competitive entrance test.
Examination Pattern
Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering purposefully conducts IIAE Entrance Exam to make students familiar in the field of aircraft engineering. Students’ skills and aptitudes are tested in various types of questions asked in the entrance test. The examination format of IIAE Entrance Exam is explained in the following lines.
- All the questions in IIAE Entrance Exam are of multiple-choice type questions. In it, each question consists of four options to choose correct one from them by the candidates.
The questions in the paper are divided into three sections:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- All the questions are expected to be answered by the candidates within three hours.
- The instructions and questions in the paper are only in English medium.
- There is no provision of negative marking in the entrance test.
