Uttar Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (UPPGMEE) is an entrance test conducted for admission into medical and dental courses at postgraduate level. The test is conducted on a rotational basis by different universities of Uttar Pradesh. Merit list is prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test. Counseling is conducted for the candidates who have scored qualifying marks in the entrance exam, after the written test, for final selection.

Eligibility for MD/MS/Diploma:
The candidate must have passed the MBBS examination from this University. The candidate should have completed satisfactorily one year of compulsory rotatory internship after passing the final M.B.B.S. examination and should have full registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
Eligibility for MDS:
The candidates must have passed the BDS Examination from this University. They must have completed satisfactorily one year of compulsory Rotatory Internship after passing the BDS Final Examinations and must have full Registration with DCI / State Dental Council.
