Gujarat Common Entrance Test, which is also known as GUJCET Exam, is conducted for admission into the undergraduate programs in Engineering, Medical and Pharmacy offered in the various government/government aided, universities and private colleges/institutes across the state of Gujarat. The common entrance test is conducted under the aegis of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat.
Eligibility
Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) has some eligibility requirements which the applicants have to follow. The eligibility criteria for the common entrance test can be described as:
- The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or equivalent examination under 10+2 pattern from any recognized Board.
- The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with science stream, from any recognized Board.
- The candidates, who have appeared in the final of the qualifying examination, are also eligible to apply.
- The candidates, who are the son / daughter of an officer/defense personnel / employee of the Government of Gujarat, are also eligible to appear in the Gujarat CET.
