Electronics engineer is a person who studies the branch of engineering, dealing with the designing and testing of electronic circuits that use electronic components and systems such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, inductors, diodes and transistors etc., in order to develop a purposeful electronic device. Tech, one has to pass 10+2 in science stream and has to perform exceptionally in entrance examination conducted by various institutions.

Career Prospects
Engineers having done graduation in electronics engineering can opt for working with organizations like All India Radio, Indian Telephone Industries, MTNL, AIR, Civil Aviation Department, Bharat Electronics Limited, Development Centers in various States etc. Electronics engineers can also work in entertainment transmission industry and defense. Teaching and research is also a good option for them. They can also opt for self-employment by choosing to start their own business of producing electronic parts and goods.
